You're not crazy, the battle is not really a fight but a commitment to a better personal future. And if you think you're going to starve if you have to live by "normal" portion sizes, just know that you're not... it takes some working into, takes some patience to let your body adjust down into more healthy parameters, but in the end, as the cliche goes, it will be worth it, and you are worth it.
